About the role

Six research teams share the same handful of robotic arms and test rigs, and double-booked equipment has derailed more than one demo deadline. This role builds the reservation system that schedules shared lab equipment based on priority and past no-show patterns, working on-site with lab managers to keep the physical schedule matching what the system says.

Responsibilities

  • Build a reservation system for shared robotics lab equipment
  • Model priority and no-show patterns into scheduling logic
  • Work on-site with lab managers to validate schedules

Requirements

  • 3+ years building internal scheduling or reservation tools
  • Comfortable working on-site in a research lab environment
  • Solid Python and SQL fundamentals
