About the role

We serve over 200 enterprise clients in industries where sales cycles run six months or longer, and new reps take almost as long to get good at handling pricing objections. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with sales enablement leadership. Your job is to build a tool that reviews call transcripts, flags objections the rep handled poorly, and suggests better responses drawn from our best performers' calls. It's an entry-level role with real scope: your work will show up in every new rep's onboarding within the first quarter.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze call transcripts to identify poorly handled objections
  • Build a suggestion engine drawing from top performer responses
  • Track how coaching suggestions affect new rep ramp time

Requirements

  • 1-2 years working with text or call transcript data
  • Comfortable with sql and basic dashboarding tools
  • Interest in sales enablement or revenue operations
