AI Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Our research team ships papers and safety findings regularly, but the commercial side of the business has been tracking pipeline and revenue data in scattered spreadsheets that don't scale anymore. We're hiring an on-site sales operations analyst to fix that, building proper SQL-backed reporting and Tableau dashboards for the revenue team. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with sales leadership. This is an on-site role at our lab, which also means regular exposure to the research side of what we do.

Responsibilities

  • Build SQL-based pipeline and revenue reporting for the sales team
  • Maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards used in weekly reviews
  • Apply basic statistical analysis to forecast accuracy
  • Partner with sales leadership on reporting needs
  • Clean up and standardize existing spreadsheet-based tracking

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales or revenue operations analytics
  • Solid SQL and dashboarding skills
  • Working knowledge of statistics for forecasting analysis
  • Comfortable working on-site with the sales and research teams
  • Strong organizational skills for cleaning up legacy tracking
