AI Sales Pipeline Coverage Forecasting Analyst

About the role

Our sales leadership walks into every quarterly board meeting needing a defensible answer to one question: will we hit the number. Right now that answer comes from gut feel and a spreadsheet three people maintain by hand. We're fixing that. You'll build pipeline coverage forecasting models that combine historical close rates, deal velocity, and rep-level performance to give leadership a statistically grounded read on quarter-end outcomes, updated weekly instead of scrambled together before each board meeting. You'll work two days a week from our New York office alongside the revenue operations team, with the rest of the week remote, and your models will be presented directly to sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pipeline coverage forecasting models
  • Own the Power BI dashboards used in weekly sales leadership reviews
  • Partner with revenue operations to validate assumptions against real deal data
  • Explain forecast confidence intervals in terms leadership can act on

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales analytics, RevOps, or a related quantitative role
  • Solid SQL and statistical forecasting experience
  • Power BI or equivalent BI tool proficiency
  • Comfortable presenting numbers directly to senior leadership
