AI Sales Playbook Compliance Auditor

About the role

You'll be the fourth AI engineer on a sales technology team of 14, working directly with our VP of Revenue Operations and two sales enablement managers. Our enterprise clients require every rep conversation to follow approved talk tracks, and manual spot-checks only catch a fraction of the gaps. You will build a system that reviews call transcripts against approved playbooks and flags deviations that could create compliance or messaging risk, surfacing findings in a dashboard sales leaders already use daily. This role has clear ownership of the compliance-auditing layer, defined sprint cycles, and a weekly sync with enablement leadership. The impact is direct: fewer compliance escalations, faster onboarding for new reps, and playbook updates informed by real conversation data instead of guesswork.

Responsibilities

  • Build transcript analysis models against approved playbooks
  • Own the compliance-auditing layer of the sales platform
  • Present deviation trends to sales leadership monthly
  • Partner with enablement managers on playbook updates
  • Maintain the audit dashboard used by sales leaders daily

Requirements

  • 5+ years building NLP or analytics systems for sales or support teams
  • Experience with LLM-based document or transcript analysis
  • Comfortable presenting findings to non-technical leadership
  • Prior experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry a plus
