About the role

We just closed our Series B and are scaling our enterprise sales org fast, which means territory assignment can no longer live in a spreadsheet someone updates once a quarter. We need a senior analyst to own the models that balance account potential, rep capacity, and geographic overlap when territories get redrawn. You'll work with sales operations to define the signals that matter — pipeline value, account density, travel time — and turn them into territory maps the sales leadership team trusts enough to roll out without months of debate. Expect defined sprints, clear ownership, and a direct line to the VP of Sales Operations.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Own the territory optimization model end to end
  • Partner with sales operations to define territory balancing criteria
  • Build Power BI dashboards sales leadership reviews each quarter
  • Present territory recommendations and trade-offs to leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytics or data science, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong statistics background and comfort with optimization modeling
  • Experience building dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
