About the role

Honestly, we're a bit lost. Our CEO came back from Davos talking about AI and now we have budget allocated but no real plan. We're a 500-person professional services firm. We've got good people and decent processes — but we have no idea where AI fits, what's hype, and what would actually help us serve clients better and operate leaner. We're not looking for someone to give us a 50-page PDF that sits on a shelf. We need someone who will actually talk to our teams, figure out where the time is being wasted, and tell us — honestly — what's worth doing and what isn't. If everything is an "exciting opportunity" to you, we're not a match. We need someone who can say no to the bad ideas and help us sequence the good ones.
