About the role

New supplier diversity reporting requirements just landed on three of our biggest client contracts. Procurement teams now need to show diverse supplier spend by quarter, and doing that by hand across thousands of vendor records isn't sustainable for much longer. You'll build the analysis layer that classifies suppliers against diversity certification data, tracks spend allocation over time, and generates the reports our enterprise clients now require as part of their contracts with us. This work needs to hold up under audit. Every classification and spend calculation should be traceable back to source data, since client compliance teams review these reports directly.

Responsibilities

  • Classify suppliers against diversity certification databases
  • Track diverse supplier spend allocation on a quarterly basis
  • Generate audit-ready reports for enterprise client compliance teams
  • Maintain traceable data lineage for every classification decision
  • Flag data quality issues in supplier records for procurement follow-up

Requirements

  • Comfortable with SQL and Power BI for report generation
  • Understanding of supplier or vendor data structures
  • Detail-oriented approach suited to audit-grade reporting
  • Basic statistics background for spend trend analysis
