AI Third-Party Ethics Screening Analyst

About the role

Our clients include Fortune 500 companies in financial services, and before any of them signs a new vendor, our platform needs to surface red flags in that vendor's ethics and compliance history. Reliability and defensibility of every flag are non-negotiable in this line of work. You'll build and maintain the scoring pipeline that screens third parties against public enforcement actions, litigation history, and media coverage, then rank-orders findings by materiality so compliance teams can focus on what actually matters instead of wading through noise. You'll split time between our New York office and remote work, meeting weekly with the compliance product team to review edge cases your pipeline flags incorrectly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the third-party ethics screening scoring pipeline
  • Rank-order findings by materiality for compliance review
  • Investigate and resolve false positives flagged by client compliance teams
  • Document scoring methodology for client audit requests

Requirements

  • 3+ years in risk, compliance, or investigative data analytics
  • Solid SQL and pandas experience
  • Comfortable working with sensitive public-record data
  • Clear written communication for audit-facing documentation
