AI Vendor Governance Risk Questionnaire Automator

About the role

We help organizations hold their AI vendors to the same governance standards they hold themselves to. Arca Works already automates internal governance documentation for enterprise clients. In this role you'll build the tool that turns a static vendor governance questionnaire into something that scores responses automatically, flags inconsistent or incomplete answers, and routes borderline cases to a human reviewer instead of making every vendor review a fully manual process. This work matters because vendor AI governance is still mostly a spreadsheet-and-email process at most companies, and a faster, more consistent review means real accountability instead of a rubber stamp.

Responsibilities

  • Build an automated scoring system for vendor governance questionnaire responses
  • Flag inconsistent or incomplete vendor answers for human review
  • Design a FastAPI service integrating with existing governance workflows
  • Support the governance team with ad-hoc reporting on vendor risk trends
  • Document scoring logic for internal audit purposes

Requirements

  • Python and SQL fundamentals
  • Interest in AI governance and vendor risk management
  • FastAPI or similar web framework experience
  • Statistics background for scoring model design
  • 0-2 years experience welcome
