About the role

We serve translation and localization vendors across dozens of language pairs, and keeping their performance data organized has become a full-time job in itself. You'll join a small vendor operations team that tracks turnaround time, quality scores, and cost per word using SQL and Python scripts. We publish internally and encourage conference submissions on our localization quality research, so strong analytical instincts here can lead to real research contributions, not just spreadsheet maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Track vendor performance metrics using SQL and Python scripts
  • Build simple statistical models to flag underperforming vendors early
  • Support internal research on localization quality benchmarks

Requirements

  • Basic SQL and Python skills for data analysis
  • Interest in vendor management or operations analytics
  • Comfort working with multilingual, messy real-world data
