About the role

The videos you'll help smooth out are watched by creative teams at agencies producing thousands of ad variants a month. Fast-moving team, one clear problem: our generated video clips look choppy at low frame rates and clients notice immediately. What we have today is a solid image generation pipeline used across dozens of clients. What's missing is high-quality frame interpolation that turns our low-frame-rate outputs into smooth video without introducing artifacts around fast-moving objects. Your role is to own frame interpolation end to end, from model selection through production integration, working on-site with our creative tooling team who will be your first users.

Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate frame interpolation models into the video pipeline
  • Reduce artifacts around fast-moving objects in generated video
  • Benchmark interpolation quality against client-facing samples
  • Work on-site with the creative tooling team on integration
  • Optimize interpolation for production rendering speed

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with video or computer vision models
  • Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
  • Comfortable working on-site with a creative tooling team
  • Portfolio of shipped video or generative work a plus
