AI Webinar Attendance Prediction Analyst

Lucas Sato

Part-time · Job · New_York

About the role

You'll be the third marketing analyst on a team of twelve, working directly with the demand generation lead who's tired of guessing how many people will actually show up to a registered webinar. Roughly forty percent of registrants never attend, and our current planning assumes a flat rate regardless of topic or channel. You'll build a model predicting expected attendance based on registration source, topic, and send-time patterns, so the team can right-size reminder campaigns and speaker prep. This is a part-time role, roughly twenty hours a week, well suited to someone building analytics experience alongside other commitments.
