AI Whistleblower Policy Benchmark Analyst

About the role

Our mission is to help compliance teams stay ahead of regulatory change instead of reacting to it after the fact. Right now, our horizon scanning tools flag upcoming regulations well, but clients still ask us to manually benchmark their internal policies against peers. You will build a model that scores client whistleblower and internal reporting policies against a continuously updated peer benchmark set, flagging specific gaps before they become audit findings. You'll work closely with our policy research team, whose curated peer policy corpus becomes the training and evaluation foundation for your benchmarking model.

Responsibilities

  • Build a model scoring client whistleblower policies against a peer benchmark corpus
  • Flag specific policy gaps likely to surface in external audits
  • Maintain the peer policy dataset in partnership with the policy research team
  • Produce client-facing benchmark reports on a recurring cadence
  • Validate benchmark scores against known audit findings where available

Requirements

  • 3+ years in compliance analytics or regulatory technology
  • Strong Python, SQL, and statistics background
  • Comfortable producing client-facing analytical reports
  • Interest in corporate governance and compliance policy
