About the role

We sell skincare products direct-to-consumer and ship around 8,000 orders a month. Our post-purchase experience is patchy — returns take too long, support tickets pile up, and our Klaviyo flows haven't been updated in two years. We run Shopify, Klaviyo, and Gorgias. We want to connect them intelligently and add AI where it genuinely helps — not AI for its own sake, but automation that makes the customer experience faster and our team's day less repetitive. Shopify ecosystem experience is a must.

Requirements

Technical stack needed for this mission.

  • Experience automating e-commerce workflows (Shopify ecosystem preferred)
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Gorgias, or similar tools
  • Hands-on with Make.com, Zapier, or n8n
  • Able to integrate LLM APIs for response generation or classification
  • Data-driven — measures automation impact on CSAT, response time, return rate
