About the role

We just closed a new wave of enterprise social listening contracts and our manual reporting workflows can't keep up with the new volume. We need a mid-level automation specialist who can walk in and start replacing manual steps with real Airflow-orchestrated pipelines fast. Fast-moving team, real workload pressure right now. You'll own the ETL jobs feeding our social analytics reports and containerize them properly with Docker so they run reliably without babysitting. This starts as a contract with a clear path to full-time once the initial automation push is done.

Responsibilities

  • Automate manual reporting workflows using Airflow and Python
  • Build and maintain ETL jobs feeding social analytics reports
  • Containerize automation pipelines with Docker for reliability
  • Identify additional manual processes worth automating
  • Hand off documentation for long-term pipeline ownership

Requirements

  • 3+ years building automation or ETL pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Airflow and Docker
  • Strong Python scripting skills
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace under real deadlines
  • Open to a contract-to-hire arrangement
