Compliance Automation Analyst

About the role

Our mission is to make regulatory compliance less of a manual scramble for the mid-sized firms who can't afford a full compliance department. This role directly supports that. You'll help build and maintain the ETL pipelines that pull regulatory filings and internal records into our automated compliance checks. You'll report to a senior automation engineer who'll help you grow into a broader automation role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ETL pipelines feeding automated compliance checks
  • Monitor scheduled jobs and resolve data pipeline failures
  • Support senior engineers on new automation features
  • Document pipeline logic for the compliance team

Requirements

  • 1+ years working with SQL and basic ETL concepts
  • Comfortable with Python scripting
  • Interest in regulatory or compliance domains
  • Willingness to learn from senior team members
