About the role

We are a consumer subscription product and want to understand our users deeply. We need a customer insights analyst who can blend quantitative data with qualitative signals to produce insights that drive product and marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer segmentation models
  • Conduct cohort and retention analyses
  • Design and analyse NPS and CSAT surveys
  • Produce monthly customer health reports for leadership
  • Support lifecycle marketing with audience targeting data

Requirements

  • 3+ years in consumer or customer analytics
  • Strong SQL and data wrangling skills
  • Experience designing and analysing surveys
  • Able to synthesise data and present clear narratives
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
