We are a consumer subscription product and want to understand our users deeply. We need a customer insights analyst who can blend quantitative data with qualitative signals to produce insights that drive product and marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
Build customer segmentation models
Conduct cohort and retention analyses
Design and analyse NPS and CSAT surveys
Produce monthly customer health reports for leadership
Support lifecycle marketing with audience targeting data
Requirements
3+ years in consumer or customer analytics
Strong SQL and data wrangling skills
Experience designing and analysing surveys
Able to synthesise data and present clear narratives
