About the role

A fintech startup building modern infrastructure for SME lending is looking for a data analyst with experience in financial data. You will support risk and product teams with analysis, reporting, and model validation.

Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly risk and portfolio performance reports
  • Build dashboards for the credit team and exec leadership
  • Validate and QA outputs from risk models
  • Analyse applicant data to identify portfolio trends
  • Work with engineering on data pipeline improvements

Requirements

  • Experience analysing loan, credit, or payment data
  • Strong SQL and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with risk metrics (PD, LGD, delinquency rates)
  • Data storytelling skills — clear charts and presentations
  • Python is a plus
