Our e-commerce platform processes millions of transactions monthly and we need a data scientist who can build predictive models around customer behaviour — churn, LTV, product affinity. You will work within a small but high-performing analytics team.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy customer churn prediction models
Develop lifetime value segmentation for CRM campaigns
Design and analyse experiments end to end
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Mentor junior analysts on modelling best practices
Requirements
Proven experience building churn or LTV models
Strong Python skills (Pandas, Scikit-learn)
Familiarity with experiment design and causal inference
Comfort querying large datasets with SQL
Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
