About the role

Pricing is where we win or lose margin. We run a travel marketplace — hotel and experience bookings across Europe — and right now our pricing is mostly static with a few manual levers. We know we're leaving money on the table. You'll build the models, work directly with our revenue team, and see your work hit live production within weeks of joining. No research-for-its-own-sake here — direct commercial impact only.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain price elasticity and demand forecasting models
  • Design pricing experiments and measure their impact
  • Collaborate with engineering to deploy pricing recommendations in real-time
  • Monitor model performance and handle seasonality adjustments
  • Deliver weekly pricing insights to the revenue leadership team

Requirements

  • Experience building demand or pricing models in production
  • Strong Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn or statsmodels)
  • Solid statistical foundation — elasticity, regression, A/B testing
  • SQL for pulling and joining large datasets
  • Able to explain complex models clearly to commercial stakeholders
