About the role
We have a lot of data and not enough clarity. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with clear, beautiful, actionable charts — someone who can take a messy spreadsheet and turn it into a dashboard that changes decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build executive and operational dashboards
- Standardise chart templates across the business
- Train business teams to self-serve in BI tools
- Partner with analysts to visualise complex analysis
- Maintain dashboard documentation and change logs
Requirements
- Expert-level Tableau or Power BI
- Strong SQL to pull and transform data
- Design sensibility — understands data-ink ratio and visual hierarchy
- Able to work with business stakeholders to define requirements
- Experience with embedded analytics is a plus
