TL;DR: We sell AI productivity tools to SMBs. Our self-serve funnel converts at 2.1%. Industry average is around 3.5%. We need a growth analyst to figure out why and fix it.
What the role actually is: You'll own our product analytics funnel from acquisition through activation. You'll identify where users drop off, design experiments with the product team, and track the results. Mostly SQL and Mixpanel, some Python for deeper analysis.
Why this isn't just another analytics job: You'll present findings directly to the co-founders weekly. Your recommendations actually get built. The funnel is simple enough that you can see the full picture but complex enough to be interesting.
What we're not looking for: Someone who builds dashboards nobody reads and calls it a win.
