About the role

Our growth team is responsible for acquisition, activation, and retention. We need a data-savvy manager who can translate funnel data into experiments and own the measurement framework across our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth metrics from acquisition through retention
  • Design and analyse experiments across lifecycle stages
  • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering
  • Build cohort and funnel dashboards
  • Report weekly to VP of Growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth or lifecycle analytics
  • Deep understanding of acquisition funnels and cohort analysis
  • Strong SQL; comfortable with Python for deeper analysis
  • Experience with attribution tools and UTM frameworks
  • Able to manage a small team of analysts
