We are a 400-person company and our People team is overwhelmed with manual HR tasks — onboarding, document collection, leave management, and payroll inputs. We need someone to automate as much of this as possible using our existing tools.

- Connect our ATS, HRIS, payroll, and IT provisioning tools
- Build automated leave request and approval workflows
- Document all automations clearly for the People team
- Measure time saved and report to the Head of People
Requirements
Technical stack needed for this mission.
- Experience automating HR processes using HRIS integrations
- Familiarity with tools like Workato, Zapier, or Make.com
- Able to design onboarding workflows with conditional logic
- Strong documentation and change management skills
- Comfort working with HR data and maintaining privacy standards
