Junior AI Ad Creative Tagging Assistant

About the role

You'll be the second person on our creative intelligence team, working directly with the two engineers who built our ad performance platform from scratch. The job is straightforward but high-leverage: apply and refine computer vision tags across thousands of ad creatives so our recommendation models know what's actually in each image and video. You'll flag tagging errors, propose new tag categories as new ad formats show up, and build small Python scripts to speed up the review queue. It's a great way to get real production computer vision experience without owning a whole model pipeline on day one.

Responsibilities

  • Review and correct automated computer vision tags on ad creative assets
  • Build small Python and pandas scripts to speed up the manual review queue
  • Propose new tag categories as new ad formats and platforms are added
  • Track tagging accuracy trends and flag systematic model errors to the ML team

Requirements

  • Basic Python and pandas skills for scripting review workflows
  • Some exposure to computer vision concepts, even from coursework or personal projects
  • Comfortable working independently on a small, freelance-friendly schedule
  • Sharp eye for detail across large volumes of visual content
