About the role

The triage suggestions you'll help ship are read by thousands of developers posting in our community forum every single day. Our mission is to make developer support feel instant, even for a small team that can't read every thread. LangChain and the OpenAI API are what we build the classification and routing logic on top of, tagging posts by urgency and topic before a human ever sees them. This role means iterating on classification accuracy under a senior engineer's guidance, measuring your impact directly in how fast real questions get real answers.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and test post classification models using LangChain
  • Analyze misrouted tickets and propose classification fixes
  • Track and report triage accuracy metrics weekly
  • Support senior engineers in expanding coverage to new forum categories

Requirements

  • Some experience with Python and basic statistics
  • Exposure to LLM APIs such as the OpenAI API is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn classification and NLP fundamentals on the job
