Junior AI Data Analyst

About the role

We're building tools that help hospital systems understand patient outcomes at scale, and we need a junior analyst to support that work day to day. We publish internal case studies on our modeling approach and encourage new team members to read them closely before diving in. You'll spend most of your time exploring clinical datasets, building simple reports, and gradually learning our modeling standards under the guidance of senior data scientists.

Responsibilities

  • Explore clinical datasets and build exploratory reports
  • Support senior data scientists with data cleaning tasks
  • Write SQL queries to answer ad-hoc analytical questions
  • Document data quality issues found during analysis
  • Learn our statistical methodology through paired work sessions

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience with data analysis
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Basic statistics background
  • Comfortable working with sensitive healthcare data under guidance
  • Strong attention to detail
