Junior AI Email Campaign Personalization Analyst

About the role

Our clients run email campaigns to lists of hundreds of thousands, but every subscriber currently gets the same subject line and send time. You'll help build personalization rules that adjust subject lines and send windows based on past engagement patterns, then measure lift against control groups. Cross-functional squads here run on defined sprints, clear ownership, and a weekly readout to the marketing analytics lead.

Responsibilities

  • Build personalization rules for subject line and send time
  • Run A/B tests measuring engagement lift
  • Report weekly personalization performance to the analytics lead

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience with python and sql
  • Basic statistics knowledge for interpreting test results
  • Comfortable working with marketing stakeholders
