About the role

We serve 2,400 SaaS companies with our AI experimentation platform, and our own growth team uses the same tools we sell. Every feature launch, pricing change, and onboarding tweak runs through a rigorous A/B test before scaling. The growth analyst role is about making sense of those experiments and finding the next lever to pull. You'll spend most of your time in SQL and Python, pulling experiment data, checking statistical significance, and building reports that tell the growth team what worked and what didn't. You'll also build dashboards that track leading indicators — activation rates, feature adoption curves, expansion revenue signals — so the team spots trends before they show up in monthly revenue. This is an entry-level analytics role with a clear path. Your manager ran the same analyses two years ago and now leads the growth strategy. Responsibilities

  • Analyze A/B test results and report statistical significance to the growth team
  • Build and maintain dashboards for activation, retention, and expansion metrics
  • Pull and clean experiment data from multiple internal sources
  • Identify patterns in user behavior that suggest growth opportunities
  • Support the growth team with ad-hoc data requests and analysis
  • Document analytical methods and maintain a knowledge base of past experiments

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with SQL and Python for data analysis
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance
  • Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Attention to detail when working with large datasets
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical teammates
