Junior AI Operations Analyst

Chase Pham

Full-time · Job · London

About the role

We help companies understand whether their AI investments are actually paying off. Not with vibes — with numbers. Our analytics platform tracks AI project ROI, model performance trends, and operational costs across our clients' AI portfolios, then presents it all in dashboards that executives actually read. As a junior AI operations analyst, you'll maintain these dashboards, clean and validate the underlying data, and help senior analysts build new reports. You'll also run the monthly AI health checks — standardized audits that flag underperforming models, rising infrastructure costs, and data quality issues. This role teaches you how AI works at the business level. You'll see dozens of companies' AI operations from the inside, understand what separates successful AI projects from failures, and build data analysis skills that translate to any future role.
