About the role

AI regulation is moving fast — the EU AI Act, Biden's executive order, China's generative AI rules, Brazil's AI bill. Our clients are multinational tech companies that need to understand what's coming and how it affects their product roadmaps. We track 140+ regulatory initiatives across 35 countries, and that number grows every month. As a junior research analyst, you'll monitor regulatory developments, update our tracking database, and draft impact assessments for specific product categories. You'll also help build the internal tools that make this process more efficient — think: NLP-assisted document analysis, automated change detection for regulatory texts, and structured databases that make cross-jurisdiction comparison easy. No law degree required, but you need to be comfortable reading legal text and extracting the parts that matter for technology companies. Our senior analysts will review your work and teach you the domain. Within a year, you'll own specific jurisdiction portfolios independently.

Fully remote.
