Junior AI Product Adoption Funnel Analyst

About the role

We serve 120 SaaS companies with our growth intelligence platform. Each client has a product adoption funnel — from signup to activation to habit to expansion — and most of them can tell you their conversion rate at each stage but not why it's what it is or what would move it. As a junior analyst, you'll support the analytics team in diagnosing funnel performance for clients: running cohort analyses, building funnel visualizations, investigating segments where conversion diverges from average, and building the standardized reports that go into client QBRs. Senior analysts define the methodology; you execute the analysis and build the output. This role is explicit about what you'll learn rather than what you already know. If you can query a database, create a chart, and write a clear paragraph explaining what you found, we'll teach you everything else. The goal is to give you 12-18 months of real product analytics experience working across 120 different SaaS products, which is a faster way to develop pattern recognition than working on a single product.

Responsibilities

  • Run cohort analyses for client product adoption funnels
  • Build funnel conversion visualizations for client QBR reports
  • Identify segments where conversion diverges from average and document hypotheses
  • Maintain the analytics data pipelines feeding client dashboards
  • Support senior analysts with ad-hoc data requests and analysis
  • Document analytical findings in clear, client-readable summaries

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with SQL and basic data analysis
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis or funnel analytics concepts
  • Strong attention to detail in numerical work
  • Clear written communication for explaining data findings
  • Eagerness to learn product analytics methodologies
