About the role

We need a junior analyst to support marketplace operations in France, Belgium, and Spain. Main topics: listing conversion, partner performance, delivery issues, and support-volume drivers. You will work with live operational data, maintain recurring dashboards, and help senior team members investigate anomalies. This role suits someone early in their career who is solid in SQL, careful with numbers, and comfortable explaining findings to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

Build weekly dashboards on listing conversion, partner turnaround time, and delivery-related support signals
Support operations managers with ad-hoc analysis on supply and fulfilment issues
Validate recurring reports and investigate anomalies before they reach senior stakeholders
Document core metrics and data definitions so the operations team can self-serve more safely
Work with a senior analyst on deeper cohort and retention analysis projects

Requirements

1–3 years of analytics experience in an internship or full-time role
SQL for joins, aggregations, and practical data investigation
Python for cleaning, analysis, and simple reporting workflows
Tableau or Power BI for dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders
Statistics at a practical level — trend interpretation, cohort comparisons, and basic significance checks
Clear written communication in English; French is a strong advantage
