We're a 35-person B2B SaaS company in the HR tech space. We've been running for three years and we've never had a dedicated data person. Our founders are technical, our CSMs want dashboards, and our sales team makes decisions off gut feel. We're hiring our first junior data analyst — someone who will grow with us. You'll start small: clean up our Mixpanel data, build a few Looker reports, help us understand our churn. But the ceiling is wide open.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards for our CS and sales teams
Help define and document our core product metrics
Clean and validate data in our Mixpanel and BigQuery setup
Answer ad-hoc data questions from the team
Join monthly business review meetings to present your findings
Requirements
Some hands-on experience with SQL — doesn\'t need to be professional, a course and portfolio are fine
Comfort in Google Sheets or Excel for basic modelling
Basic understanding of SaaS metrics is a plus (ARR, churn, activation)
Curiosity — you ask \'why\' before you ask \'how\'
