About the role
We know that breaking into data science is hard. Job posts that say "junior" and then list 5 years of experience requirements are a joke. This isn't that. We are genuinely looking for someone who is early in their career, eager to learn, and ready to do real work alongside experienced data scientists. You will work on customer churn models and product experimentation. You won't be fetching coffee or filing tickets — you'll be writing code that runs in production within your first month. We invest in people who show initiative.
Responsibilities
- Build and test churn prediction models under senior data scientist guidance
- Explore and clean customer behaviour datasets
- Run A/B test analyses and write up results in plain English
- Present findings in weekly team reviews
- Gradually own your own modelling workstreams after 90 days
Requirements
- Python fundamentals — comfortable with Pandas and Scikit-learn
- Basic understanding of classification and regression problems
- SQL for pulling your own data
- Able to communicate findings clearly in writing and in meetings
- Anything extra — a Kaggle notebook, a GitHub project, a bootcamp certification — is welcome
