About the role

Our mission is to make design systems explainable and searchable for non-technical stakeholders across every team that touches them. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with leadership. The role: build the knowledge graph that connects design tokens, components, and usage patterns so both engineers and designers can finally find what already exists instead of rebuilding it.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build a knowledge graph linking design system entities
  • Write SQL and Spark pipelines to keep the graph up to date
  • Partner with design and engineering to define entity relationships
  • Build query interfaces for non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor graph data quality and completeness over time

Requirements

  • 3+ years working with structured or graph-based data
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience with Spark for data pipeline work
  • Basic statistics background for data quality checks
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with design teams
