We are a DTC brand scaling fast across paid social and search channels. We need someone who can dig into attribution data, identify what is working, and give our media buyers the clarity they need to allocate budget better.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards
Analyse cross-channel attribution and make budget recommendations
Track campaign ROI and ROAS weekly
Work with media buyers to define KPIs per channel
Monitor data quality across tracking pixels and tags
Requirements
Experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads data
Strong SQL — comfortable building attribution models
Power BI or Tableau for reporting
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion metrics
Ability to communicate data insights in plain language
