About the role
We are building workflow triage tools for clinical image review. The goal is to prioritize cases for human review and surface obvious quality issues, not replace clinicians.
We need an ML engineer with medical imaging experience to improve model evaluation, dataset splits, and triage thresholds. You will work with clinical reviewers and product managers.

- - Strong PyTorch and evaluation discipline
- - Comfortable with sensitivity, specificity, and workflow tradeoffs
- - Understands why validation leakage is dangerous
