MLOps Specialist — Model Cards & Governance Framework

Our legal team is preparing for EU AI Act compliance. Our models affect credit decisions and insurance underwriting — both high-risk AI uses under the Act. We need someone to build our model governance framework: model cards for our 12 production models, bias audit process, performance documentation standards, and a model registry that tracks all models with their intended use, training data lineage, and performance metrics. This is not just paperwork. We want tooling that makes it easy for our ML team to maintain documentation as models evolve.
