We are a Gulf retail bank. We want to deploy an AI chatbot that handles Tier-1 customer enquiries — balance checks, transaction history, card blocking, and FAQ — in Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf dialect.
Our current chatbot is rule-based and breaks on anything it wasn't explicitly programmed for. We want something that understands intent, handles natural phrasing and gives accurate, grounded answers from our product documentation.
Hard constraint: all customer data stays on-prem. We need a solution that runs on our Azure tenancy, not on OpenAI's servers.
