We need a part-time data analyst (15–20 hours/week) to own our growth and marketing analytics. You'll build dashboards, answer ad hoc questions, run cohort analyses, and help us understand what's actually driving retention and conversion.
This is a long-term engagement. We're looking for someone who will become a trusted analytical partner, not just a dashboard builder.
