About the role

Part-time role, two to three days per week. We support a membership organisation and need better reporting on retention, events, digital engagement, and qualification pathways. The tooling is modest, the stakeholders are sensible, and the value of the work is straightforward. This would suit an analyst who likes autonomy, clear questions, and an environment where useful analysis is appreciated immediately.

Responsibilities

Build recurring reporting on member retention, event participation, and qualification funnel performance
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from member services and leadership teams
Create simple, durable dashboards that reduce manual spreadsheet work across the organisation
Document data definitions and reporting logic so the work is maintainable part-time
Recommend a small set of improvements to how we collect and store engagement data

Requirements

2+ years of analytics experience in an operational, nonprofit, or membership environment
SQL for extracting and shaping member and event data
Python for cleaning, reporting, and light analysis
Tableau or Power BI for self-serve dashboards
Statistics at a practical level for retention, segmentation, and survey interpretation
Strong communication and comfort working independently with non-technical stakeholders
