We are an AI-native startup and we need a principal data scientist who can operate at the highest level — setting technical direction, mentoring the team, and personally delivering high-stakes models that move the business.
Responsibilities
- Set the technical vision for the data science practice
- Personally develop our most critical predictive models
- Review and raise the bar on all team modelling work
- Partner with the CTO on AI product strategy
- Represent the company at conferences and in thought leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of data science with a track record of production models
- Deep Python expertise (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow)
- Able to design end-to-end ML projects independently
- Strong communication with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience hiring and developing data science teams
