About the role

Our revenue operations team reviews hundreds of recorded calls each week to understand quality, objections, and coaching opportunities. We are hiring a prompt engineer to improve the summarisation and scoring workflows behind that process. The work is practical and iterative. You will spend time improving prompts, reducing hallucinations, and deciding where deterministic logic should replace clever prompting.

Responsibilities

  • Design prompt workflows for call summaries, objection extraction, and coaching recommendations
  • Build lightweight evaluation sets and compare versions before launch
  • Work with operations leaders to understand where outputs break trust
  • Tune grounding and retrieval strategies for account and product context
  • Document prompt changes clearly so the workflow remains maintainable

Requirements

  • 3+ years in applied NLP, prompt engineering, or LLM product work
  • Prompt Engineering with clear evaluation habits
  • OpenAI API usage in production applications
  • LangChain or equivalent orchestration tooling
  • RAG concepts for grounded answer generation
  • SQL for evaluation datasets and workflow analysis
