About the role

We are scaling a B2B SaaS company from $10M to $50M ARR and need a revenue analytics manager who can give the GTM team the data clarity to grow efficiently. You will own MRR, churn, expansion, and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own all revenue KPI dashboards and reporting
  • Build MRR waterfall and cohort analyses
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting models
  • Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics
  • Deliver weekly revenue briefings to leadership

Requirements

  • Experience with SaaS revenue metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV)
  • Strong SQL and comfort with CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to build models in dbt or Python
  • Experience presenting to exec teams
  • Bonus: experience with Looker or similar BI tools
