Senior AI Broadcast Rights Analytics Lead

About the role

Two Premier League clubs and a European basketball league signed with us this summer, and their first ask was not more highlights but better answers about the value of their media rights. Xolvex Studio already captures viewing, clip and engagement data across every match we produce. What we lack is a lead who can turn that into rights valuation models and the commercial narrative clubs bring into negotiations. You'll build the analytics function for this new line of business, starting with one analyst and growing from there.

Responsibilities

  • Build models estimating audience value by territory, platform and fixture
  • Own the reporting suite clubs use in rights renewal conversations
  • Drive the commercial roadmap for analytics products with our partnerships team
  • Hire and mentor the analysts joining this new business line

Requirements

  • Senior experience in sports, media or entertainment analytics
  • Strong SQL, Python and BI tooling (Power BI preferred)
  • Track record of influencing commercial decisions with data
  • Able to be in our London office two days a week
