Senior AI Marketplace Growth Strategist

About the role

We work with 35 online marketplaces across Europe, from second-hand fashion to B2B spare parts, and most of them are trying to understand the same thing: which AI features actually grow the business. Intevo AI provides recommendation and search tools, but our clients now want strategic advice alongside the software. This six-month contract is for a senior strategist to build our growth advisory offer, run diagnostic projects with three anchor clients and package what works into a repeatable service. Two days a week in our Berlin office.

Responsibilities

  • Run growth diagnostics for three marketplace clients using their funnel and AI feature data
  • Build the playbook for our new marketplace growth advisory service
  • Present recommendations to client leadership teams
  • Work with our data team to build reusable analysis templates in Tableau

Requirements

  • Senior experience in marketplace growth, strategy consulting or product analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Confident presenting to executives
  • Able to work in Berlin two days per week
