Senior AI Search Product Strategy Lead

Kyle Park

Full-time · Job · Dublin

About the role

The team: 22 engineers, four ML scientists and a design lead, all working on search infrastructure used by e-commerce and SaaS companies. The product: Quelion Cloud, which handles roughly 900 million queries a month across our customers' sites. What we expect from you: a clear strategy for where AI search goes next. Should we lead with conversational search, better merchandising controls, or retrieval for customers' own AI assistants? You'll answer that with customer research, usage data and competitive analysis, then translate it into a roadmap the team believes in.

Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy and the 12-month roadmap for AI search features
  • Interview customers and analyze query data to find the highest-value opportunities
  • Work with ML scientists to understand the cost and feasibility of each bet
  • Define pricing and packaging input for new AI capabilities with the commercial team

Requirements

  • Several years of product management on technical or developer-facing products
  • Hands-on familiarity with search relevance, ranking or retrieval-augmented generation
  • Comfortable running your own SQL analysis
  • Strong written strategy documents; we decide in writing

Benefits

  • Remote across Europe
  • Equity and annual bonus
  • Private health insurance
  • €1,500 home office setup
  • Two team gatherings per year
