About the role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growth team and turn complex data into clear business decisions. You will own our core dashboards, run ad-hoc analyses, and work directly with the product and marketing teams to shape strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key business metrics
- Run A/B tests and interpret results for product teams
- Answer ad-hoc data questions from leadership
- Document data definitions and ensure consistency across reports
- Collaborate with engineers to improve data pipelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SQL and data analysis experience
- Strong grasp of statistics and A/B testing
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Bonus: experience with dbt or Snowflake
